Current
Biodiversity in a socio-ecological perspective I spent two and a half year as researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Nature Research, working with national wide assessment of the status of biodiversity in Norway. In my PhD thesis at Stockholm University I investigated how the EU Single Payment Scheme's regulations on tree density in pastures affect farmers decisions on pasture management and how that, in turn, affects biodiversity. I have been part of a systematic review team in the Mistra Eviem project Roadside management and the diversity and dispersal of species. Currently, I take part in another systematic review project, run by the Swedish Resarch Council Formas, looking at how biodiversity in semi-natural pastures is affected by giving the grazing animals access to extra nutrients. |
